    Choral activities Hosted by Local Choir lead by former Emanuel OLD Boy

Dates

Depart: 3rd May 2007 6.30pm evening flight (Thursday)
Return: 7th May 2007 6.15pm evening flight (Monday Bank Holiday)

4 nights and 4 whole days! This will take stamina; remember Tallinn????

 Cost

£ 299 - This touring lark is getting cheaper AND two countries!

Cost includes Tour shirt, accommodation, transfers, flights and your own personal Beer Bitch! (position to be confirmed.)

How to Pay

2007 Club Tour - Payments

There are a number of ways in which you can pay for the Tour. Please proceed with the option that suits you best:

Option 1 - Direct Debit

Pay for your tour place in three equal instalments of £100. Direct Debits collections will be taken on the following dates:

Collection 1 6th February

Collection 2 6th March

Collection 3 6th April

Option 2 - Card Payments

You can pay by Credit Card or Debit Card in instalments or in a lump sum.
If you choose to pay this way it is cheaper to pay by Debit Card as the Credit Card companies and Banks charge a 3.25% commission on all transactions so we will have to charge an administration fee of £3.25 for each £100 collected (£9.75 for the total cost of the tour).

Option 3 - Deposit Funds Directly into the Bec Bank Account

Transfer the funds directly into the Bec Account yourself over the internet, by telephone or by going into a branch of the Nat West. If you want to choose this option please contact Will Hayes for the bank account details.

Please Note: Don't just deposit the funds into the account and forget to tell the  Director of Overseas Operations.

Option 4 - Payment by Cash or Cheque

Give your skipper cash/cheques to pay for your place on Tour. Please let Ciaran/Will know how much you have paid this way. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Bec Old Boys RFC’. Alternatively, you can post a cheque  - payable to ‘Bec Old Boys RFC’ - send to Will Hayes.
